Duolingo
Duolingo is a free educational language-learning app that teaches over 40 languages through gamified, bite-sized lessons.
In fact, I use it personally; which was why I took it upon myself to create not one, but three logo animations for Duolingo.

This project, originally a concept for a personal challenge video for my YouTube channel, quickly became a super fun passion project for me to test my ability to animate quickly and efficiently, while adhering strictly to Duolingo’s brand guidelines (https://design.duolingo.com).
The challenge was simple: I had three logo animations to create - one of which would take me 10 minutes, 1 hour, and 10 hours respectively to create and finish.
However, my favorite of the three was the 10 Hour final result - it was the perfect opportunity to channel my appreciation for Duolingo and passion for animation into one real, intentional project that was not only of high quality, but also in alignment with the brand.
