The initial consultation call is completely free of charge and is an opportunity for us to discuss who you are, what you need, and whether or not I’m the right fit to help you achieve your desired outcome.

We’ll loosely talk about your budget, project needs, and assess if my expertise aligns with your goals. Sometimes, I may not be the best fit, so this conversation ensures we're on the same page from the start.

If my services are a good match for your project, we’ll schedule a secondary call. During this conversation, we’ll dive deeper into the project scope and strategy. We’ll outline specific objectives, timeline expectations, and any potential challenges.

By the end of this call, we’ll have a clear understanding of how the project will unfold.

Once the project scope is defined, what I call “pre-post-production” can begin. Outlining the visual direction is essential, especially for larger or more complex projects.

This step ensures we’re aligned on the creative vision and gives you a clear map of what to expect from the project.

From there, I’ll carefully work through the footage, applying the agreed-upon edits, motion graphics, color grading, sound design etc from assembly to completion.

From here, I’ll prepare the final product for delivery, ensuring everything exceeds our standards and performing any necessary revisions.
